Our launch markets
We started in the metros with the deepest year-round demand for furnished stays — big hospital systems, military bases, corporate relocation hubs and universities, all overlapping.
Your furnished unit, in front of qualified tenants
Mid-term furnished rentals typically earn more per month than a standard twelve-month lease, without the turnover of nightly stays. List with us and we handle the enquiries, the screening questions and the tour scheduling.
- Free to list — we only earn when it rents
- Every enquiry pre-screened on income and dates
- Upload photos straight from your phone
- You approve every tenant before we proceed
The things people ask us first
What counts as "furnished"?
Beds with mattresses and linens, a sofa and seating, a dining table, a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, kettle, coffee maker), a TV, and towels. Most units also include Wi-Fi and a proper desk. Each listing spells out exactly what's inside.
What's the shortest lease you offer?
One month on some units, three months on most. Travel-contract tenants typically take thirteen weeks. The minimum for each apartment is shown on its listing page.
How much is the security deposit?
It varies by unit and is listed alongside the rent — commonly between half a month and one full month. Some owners reduce it for tenants with verified employment or a co-signer.
Are utilities included?
On many units, yes — water, power, internet and trash in one monthly figure. Listings with bills included carry a "Bills included" badge so you can filter for them.
Do you allow pets?
It depends on the owner. Each listing states whether cats, dogs, both, or neither are accepted, and service animals are accommodated in line with federal fair housing law.
What do I need to qualify?
Usually proof of income around three times the monthly rent (an employment contract or offer letter works for travel assignments), photo ID, and a standard background and credit check. Applicants who fall short of 3× can often qualify with a co-signer.
